Hello, folks!

It's been quite a while since my last update on here, hasn't it?

*checks date*

Yeah... almost a year... Well! I want to let you all know that I have, indeed, been working on Kosmos Connections since that last update, and it's been going really well! While Jen's demo was made for a GameFest at my college, I've moved forward with updating the game's writing style due to the positive reception of that demo. It's been a lot of work, one that I knew would be both a great challenge and somewhat time consuming as well. As of that last update, Jen's route has been finished up to Chapter 3, Uplink Alethia has been fully rewritten to give the characters in that story a bit more history and depth, and I have started the process of updating Tau's route with the same quality changes as Jen's route.

Many of these updates can be seen within the new Kosmsos Connections Demo! I wish to also include an update to Runia's route in the near future, but this demo was made to coincide with the Steam Visual Novel Fest next week! It's just a sale, but since eyes will be on the visual novel section, I decided it best give players a demo that much more closely represents the quality seen in the final game.

The following demo contains:

-A roughly 25,000 word script (2:30-3 hours of playtime)
-Featuring the game's updated prologue, updated Jen Chapter 1, and a fully rewritten Chapter 1 for Tau
-A fully rewritten Chapter 1 for Uplink Alethia

If you haven't played a demo since the 2020 Kickstarter build, I think you'll find a lot to like about this massive update!

Kosmos Connections is still an ongoing project, and I can only say the game will be finished when it is finished, at this point. But, in the meantime, I'll keep providing updates on the game's Kickstarter page and our Twitter (X) account to keep you all in the loop!
